Jent was a great individual. I knew him as Jent, not J Medicine Hat. I will miss his laughter, kind heart, and wonderful spirit. I will stand by your family's side as you made your last journey.

So sorry to hear of Jent's passing. I graduated High school with him in 1979. He was a fantastic person. My sympathies to the entire family.

Omaha will never be the same after 3000 shows & all of us growing up w/ J. He was a celebrity in our city. He touched lives & I wish he could see just how many & how much out pouring of love he had & has. Thank you for sharing J. with all of us. I know he is in Heaven at peace with his Father & Son. Without being close to him, he was so open, genuine, & sincere in every conversation that drew you to just know, He's full of heart & he is very in touch with his feelings...what a beautiful trait! I'm sorry to his family for their loss & just know his heart & soul was pure as he watches over all of your lives from above. Thank you for sharing him with all of us!! J - you made us laugh so hard we How I looked forward to seeing you every year and somehow things will seem very different for me now.

i saw jat at funny bones in hartford ct,he tried to put me under but didnt work guess im kinda glad would have been embarrased with the things he made people do lol he was the funniest maqn ive ever seen god rest his soul and so sorry for the familys loss god bless

My condolences to all, Ive met Jent 24yrs ago and have been concerderd friends from that day, i saw his shows everytime i could, Hat you will be missed! Thanks for all the laughs!
