I worked at the Funny Bone in Huntington wv every time J had a show, he was a great man that became a friend and my prayers are with his family.

I would like to offer the friends and family of Jent Monk my deepest condolences on their loss. The loss is shared by all of us who loved Jent for his amazing gift of bringing laughter to so many people. Unfortunatley, I never had the pleasure of seeing him on stage myself, but his videos had me laughing till I cried. His was an amazing talent and he will be dearly missed by all. Rest in Peace, Jent, and God Bless you.

Our prayers are with you and may God give you strength during this difficult time. He was such a funny man and wonderful personality. We had the oppurtunity to see him @ The Funny Bone here in Omaha and listened wheneved he was on Todd & Tyler Show...RIP Medicine Hat.

My heartfelt sympathy to all of the family of Jent Monk. My family, (the Mercers) and the Monk family were neighbors in Lawton. I used to babysit for Jent and Kent and their little sister. I remember him as a sweet-faced boy with a kind heart. Such a sad loss. My parents, Bill and Barb Mercer, also send their condolences to the Monk family. Take care....

We will miss Medicine Hat. Came to his show just a couple weeks ago at funny bone in columbus OH and he made our night very special. Thanks and hope he makes people laugh just as much in his new life.

Tracy and family, my heart goes out to you and your family on the loss of jent. He was a good friend while at the buffalo bone and I'm glad I got to hang with him when he came into town over the past several years at the casino. I'll always remember how proud he was when he told me he was a grandpa :). He will be missed by his buffalo family and I am deeply sorry for your loss. Melanie (mgr buffalo funny bone)

J will sorely be missed. His comedy never failed to brighten anyone's day who attended his sets. He was an amazing person, had a giving soul, and he always wanted to help others. May his spirit move on and find eternal peace. Thanks for the memories, J!
