William Edward Collins Jr., 72, of Little Rock went to be with the lord on March 10, 2016 with his family by his side.
He was born August 25, 1943 in Little Rock, Arkansas to William and Louetta Collins.
William was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and loved to build things that would last an eternity, along with spending time with his family and friends, who will miss him dearly. He was an MP in the army and retired from Wrightsville Correctional Facility after 15 years of service.
Mr. Collins is survived by his wife of 20 years, 9 months and 5 days, Geleeta along with his children; Gina Hampel (Bob) of Benton, Katharine Coffman of Hot Springs, Michael Collins of Little Rock, Kent Bagley (Kathy) of Little Rock and Doug Bagley (Amy) of Edgewood, Tx. He is also survived by his brother, Pete Collins, sister, Pat Tyner along with seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends that will miss him dearly.
William is preceded by his parents and one grandson; Scott Moreland.
A Celebration of Life, for Mr. Collins, will take place at 10:00a.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at River of Life Assembly of God, at 9800 Nash Ln, Mabelvale, Arkansas 72103, with Rev. Don Taylor officiating.
