Adda Louise Haney
Adda was born in Delhi, LA on June 4, 1961 to Joe and Martha Hicks. She married Ed Haney on June, 12, 1982 and had two children, Tina and Curtis. She entered Heaven's gates on October 7, 2018 in Little Rock, AR. Adda was preceded in death by her father, Joe, and her grandparents, Macie and Barney Martin. Adda is survived by her husband, Ed; daughter and son, Tina and Curtis; granddaughters Stormy and Meredith; mother, Martha; sister and brother, Pennie and Joey; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A devoted mother, wife, teacher, and friend, Adda was a prayer warrior for all who entered her life. She had an unwavering faith in God. She was a member of Avilla Missionary Baptist Church. Over the years, she has been instrumental to the children's program, being the lead teacher of Children's Church and being the director of many successful VBS summers.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening, October 9, 2018 from 5-7pm at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home 4212 Hwy 5 North, Bryant, AR 72022. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held the following day on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 10am at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held later Wednesday at Garden of Memories Memorial Park 9472 US-84, Winnfield, LA 71483.
