A.R "Strawberry" McHughes, 68 of Little Rock, lost his battle with cancer on December 15, 2015. He was born July 2, 1947 to William and Mary McHughes in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He was a Past Master of the Mary William Lodge No.307 for many years. Brother Dick Browning will be conducting a masonic funeral.
He loved going fishing and hunting, watching sports, and spending time with his family. A special thank you to Gale and Sandra Needham and Doug Henderson for being such great lifelong friends also to Dr. Baltz and his staff and St. Vincent Infirmary CCU and Arkansas Hospice and their staff for the care and support.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Grandparents; N.D. ( Lilly) McHughes, and Robert ( Lillie) Fleenor, one sister; Georgia Butler.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Linda McHughes, son; Tim McHughes, daughter; Kelli McHughes Cuneo (Tony) , three grandchildren; Braxton, Kylee, Katie, two brothers; Don (Katherine) McHughes and Larry McHughes, one sister; Marietta (Doss) Tipton
