Alfred "Jack" Henry Penix, 82, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away on April 6, 2019. He was born to Thomas and Altamae Penix on June 26, 1936 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a very hard worker who loved wood working. He enjoyed creating things with his hands. He was a member of the Church of the Word and he was employed with U-Haul.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; four sisters; one son, Runt Penix; along with his first wife, Christine Penix.

He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Sally Penix; two sons, Alfred "D" Penix and Jimmy Penix (Teresa); three grandchildren, Mark, Amanda, and Adam; six grandchildren; one sister, Bonnie Sue Keen; one brother, Charlie Penix; along with a host of other family and friends who love and miss him dearly.

A memorial service will be held Friday, April 12, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at the Church of the Word on 21117 Arch Street, Little Rock, Arkansas.
