Obituary
Alvin "Al" Edward Smith 75, of Bryant, passed away November 17, 2015. He was born July 29, 1940 to Guy Smith and Bertha Brower Smith in Syracuse, New York.
Al was a member of Friend in Christ Lutheran Church where he served as Congregational President and Church Elder. He was very active in the Men's Bible Study and Fellowship Groups, which he loved.
He proudly served in the United States Army. He also was involved in AA where he helped many people with their sobriety.
He is survived by special friend, Colleen Smith and his church family.
A Celebration of Victory in Jesus Christ for Al Smith will be on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Friends In Christ Lutheran Church in Bryant at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your charity of choice.
