Anna L. Brown 65 of Bauxite went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 10, 2008. Anna was born on February 11, 1943 to the late Vern and Gladys Hicks. She has been a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church for a number of years and recently has been attending church with her son at New Beginnings Bible Church in Sardis. Anna loved spending time with her family and her life revolved around her grandchildren. She was a valued and loved employee of the University Of Arkansas for 25 years. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Anna is survived by her loving sons, Keith Brown of Bauxite and Carlton Brown and his wife Shelley of Bauxite; five beloved grandchildren, Lindsay, Cheyenne and Dakota Brown all of Redfield, Brennan and Claire Brown both of Bauxite and Lacey Moore of Bauxite. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12, 2008 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home 4212 Hwy 5 North Bryant 501-847-9099.
