Arthur W. Merritt, 81 of Benton, passed away on March 07, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Evelyn Merritt.
He is survived by his wife; Nancy, one son; Scott, and one daughter; Melissa. He is also survived by one brother; Charles "West" and wife Ruth, two stepbrothers; Sam and William, two nephews, one niece, one grandniece and one grandnephew.
Arthur enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading, and crossword puzzles. He was mechanically inclined and enjoyed working on any kind of machinery.
Being born in Maine, he enjoyed his Yankee ingenuity.
Arthur was an Air force Veteran of thirteen years and he served in Vietnam.
