Austin Huskey Jr., 84 of Alexander, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016. Austin Huskey was born on March 21, 1932 to Nona and Austin Huskey Sr., in Marianna, Arkansas.
Mr. Huskey enjoyed fishing, hunting, and he truly enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by two daughters; Crystal Olmstead and Carolyn Heard (Keith); two sons, Lonnie Whaley (Judy) and Morris Whaley (Marsha); grandchildren, Bert, Mandy, Bonnie, Chase, Stacy, Tammy, Mary, Austin and Ali; great-grandchildren, Addison and K.J.; two sisters, Paula Mabry and Lorene Rodgers and a host of family and friends who loved him and will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Leslie Huskey; one son, Austin Huskey; wife, Mary Ruth Huskey; and the love of his life, Gloria Staggs.
