Belinda Marlene Wallace, 61, of Benton, Arkansas was born to the late Johnny Kay and Barbara (Franks) Kay, on Tuesday, September 3rd, 1963, in Fort Worth, Texas. She left this world too soon on Wednesday, January 29th, 2025, surrounded by love. Belinda was such a loving and caring mother, wife, sister, Christian, and friend who loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was saved and baptized and knew her scripture after many hours studying and practicing the Word of God. When she wasn't reading her bible, she enjoyed dancing and spending quality time with her family! She was a Texan woman through and through. Her presence will be truly missed by those who were lucky enough to cross her path.

She is finally reunited with her late husband, Thomas Stephen Wallace; her brother, Brett Kay; and her parents, Johnny and Barbara Kay.

Left to cherish her lifelong memories are her children, Stacy Harris, Brandi Dick, Justin Stricklin, Joshua Stricklin, Chris Wallace, Daniel Wallace, and Josh Wallace; her five grandchildren, Thomas Stricklin, Ryan Stricklin, Isabella Mason, Henderson Harris, and Tierra Harris; her siblings, Shonda Carter and Crenda Kay; along with numerous other family and friends who all love her and can't imagine their lives without her.
