Ben Curtis Crutchfield 50, of Bauxite, passed away on May 2, 2014.

He loved hunting, fishing, tinkering in his shop, working outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his dad, James Crutchfield.

He is survived by His parents; Aubrey and Lela Phillips, children; Sarah, Frankie and Jessica Crutchfield,

Siblings; James Crutchfield of Bauxite, Dell Phillips (Carolyn) of Haskell, Barbara Ammons (Darrel) of Jessieville, William Crutchfield (Melissa) of Bauxite, Scott Phillips (Keri) of North Little Rock and a host of family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.

Service will be on Tuesday, May 6, at 1:00 pm at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant..

Visitation will be Monday, May 5, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
