Benjamin "Matt" Tackett, age 42 of Benton, passed from this life on July 3, 2015.
He was born on June 24, 1973 in Malvern, Arkansas to his parents, Robert Tackett and Patty Halpain.
Mr. Tackett loved working on his truck and going to the races. He also loved spending time with his family and his dog, Bugsly.
Matt was survived by his parents, his four wonderful children; Ben Tackett, Tessa Tackett, Beretta Waters and Kasie Tackett and his grandsons, Ty Tackett and Westin Waters. He is also survived by brother, Keith Isom and sister, Beth Carthorne, along with his fiancé Kris Beckner and her parents, Ray and Mary Kirkpatrick, his good friend, Phillip Sanford and a host of other relatives and friends that will miss him, dearly.
A private memorial service will be held for Matt at a later date.
