Bettie "Sue" Roberts, 62, of Alexander, passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021. She was born to Walter and Agnes Duncan, as their only girl, on September 7, 1959, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She married Jimmy Roberts, the love of her life, and they enjoyed their 44 years of marriage together very much. They had a son, Jason Roberts, on June 22, 1981, who completed their family of three and gave her much joy and purpose in life. Sue was so proud of her family and became even more so when her granddaughter, Kinley Roberts, was born. Nana Sue, as she was lovingly known, and Kinley had a very special bond and had so much fun together.

She is preceded in death by her father and son. She is survived by her mother, husband, granddaughter, daughter-in-law, Heather Roberts; brothers James Duncan (Pam), Wayne Duncan (Penny), and Terry Duncan (Melissa); special niece, Karen Garner; long-time family friend, Debbie Garner; bonus grandson, Nolan Harberson; along with a host of family and friends who will cherish her memory.

The family will hold a private memorial at a later date.
