Obituary
Billy Ray Byard, 69, of Conway passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 with family by his side.
Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Dona and step-son Donnie, parents; Jessie Sampley and Pat Ross, and two brothers.
Survived by three daughters; Kim Suggs, Kaye McCarty (Patrick), Karen Donham (Jason), three grandsons; Matthew McCarty (Colby), Christopher McCarty, and Nick Suggs (Rosemary).
Four granddaughters; Lindsey Suggs, Heather Donham, Hollan Donham, and Hannah Donham, three sisters and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
There will be a service at a later date in Vermont.
