Billy Seborn Howard began his life eternal life on January 10,2021. He was born in Pettus Arkansas on February 2,1940. Married the love of his life on June 15,1963. They raised three daughters in the community of East End in Saline County. Billy loved to fish and was an avid hunter. He loved playing with his grandchildren and his great grandchildren. He was known for his mischief and teasing. Once he started telling you a story about his many adventures you would need to pull up a chair and stay awhile.

He is preceded in death by his parents Brooks and Lucy Howard, three sisters Sylvester Cottingham, Imogene Tipton and Sue Linker; a grandson Jessie Lightfoot.

He leaves behind his brother Don Howard and sister Juanita Caton both of Lonoke, Arkansas. His loving wife of 57 years Barbara Howard of East End. Children Cindy and Bill Lightfoot of Arkansas City, Kansas. Billie Jean Howard of East End. Becky and Joey Staton of East End. Grandchildren Alex and Lisa Howard, Tina Bratcher, Jessica Sommay, Breanna Lentz, Zachary Lentz, Drew Staton, and Madison Staton. Great Grandchildren: Aiden Howard, Lilly Howard, Linda Howard, Blake Jimerson, Blane Jimerson, Kaleb Chandler, Kolby Chandler, Jenlee Jones, and Christian Jones. A host of loved extended family and friends. He is forever in our hearts and forever loved.

Visitation will be held Thursday January 14, 2021 from 6-8 pm at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.

A celebration of his life will be held on Friday January 15,2021 1:00 pm at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home 4212 Hwy 5 Bryant Ar. 72022. Grave side service will be held at Salem Cemetery in the East End community. Contributions for Salem Cemetery can be mailed to 3413 Lawrence Dr. Little Rock Ar. 72206.
