Obituary
Billy D. Nebling, 51 of Bryant, went home to be with the Lord on March 07, 2013.
Billy was preceded in death by his brother; James Nebling.
He is survived by his son; Justin Nebling, daughter; Jessica Nebling, parents; Augusta Lynne Phillips and Bill Nebling, sisters; Vickie Doles and Teresea Tinker, brothers; John Nebling and Daniel Merritt, and companion; Jerrie Russenberger who will all miss him dearly.
Billy was a loving father, son, and brother whose world revolved around his family. His heart and soul will live on through all of us throughout our days and beyond. Billy was loved by many, but we can all take comfort that he was met in Heaven by his best friend and brother, James and God himself and is at peace.
A graveside service will be held at Hope Cemetery in Perryville, AR on Saturday, March 09 at 3:00 PM.
