Billy Achel Warner, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away October 18, 2017. He was born June 10, 1943 in Carlisle, Arkansas, the son of Arlon Achel Warner and Lela Bell Ingle. Billy married his loving wife Shirley Nichols, September 28, 1962. Billy was a 32nd Degree Mason where he served as a member of Adoniram Masonic Lodge #288, Mabelvale, AR and of Carlisle F&AM Masonic Lodge #587. He spent a short time in the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged. He spent most of his life as a diesel mechanic. Billy enjoyed fishing and hunting, and all the stories he heard while doing both. He often had a tale of his own to share.

In addition to his wife, Billy is survived by his son, Billy Warner, and two daughters, Sharon Walsh (Nick) and Leanne Hammonds (Greg). Billy is the grandfather of nine grandchildren, Chris, Beth, Britney, Kayla, Kristina, Ashley, Samantha, Emaleigh, and Katie; and two great grandchildren, Callie and Peyton. Billy has three sisters, Joan Turner, Janie Adams and Sissy Drye; four brothers, Dennis, Terry, Jerry and Roger Ingle.
Visitation will be Friday, October 20, 2017, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant, Arkansas. Billy will be cremated.
