Bonnie H. Stewart of Benton passed away Saturday, October 31st 2009 at her home at the age of 85. She was born on January 16, 1924 to the late Emil and Addie Jordan in Kensett, Arkansas. Bonnie loved to watch the Gaither Gospel Show and she was an animal lover, who would feed all the strays, including people. She was of the Pentecostal Faith and loved God and her family with all her heart. Bonnie's specialty was her home cooking including, pies, blackberry and peach cobblers. She had such a green thumb she threw a peach seed out in the front yard and God grew the peach tree. Bonnie lived in North Little Rock before moving in with her daughter, Tammie 2 years ago.

Bonnie's family awaiting her in heaven include her husband, James F. Stewart; a son, David A. Stewart; four sisters, Ruth Free, Edith Sellars, Lanora Huggins and Jeanne Urazaki and a brother, George Jordan.

Survivors include three daughters, Linda Gray (Kermit), Kimberly J. Stewart and Tammie R. Flake (Gary); three grandchildren, Shayne M. Gray, Heather L. Pomplun and John D. Goss and six great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday, November 3rd at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home 4212 Hwy 5 N in Bryant. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday November 4th in the chapel at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
