Brenda Kaye McBride, 71, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023. She was born to the late, Bryce C. Blaney and Mary Louise Triplet, on Friday, September 7, 1951, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Brenda was known for being straight forward, saying what she thought and didn't care what others thought about it. She was a beer drinking boot scootin' country loving woman, who loved spending her time outdoors doing things like hunting, fishing, camping and gardening. Brenda always loved listening to her son, Charles, play the guitar while also singing along. She adored her family and loved every minute she spent being with them. Brenda's biggest joy was volunteering for the V.A.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bryce and Mary Blaney; husband, Raymond McBride; and brother, James Blaney.

Brenda is survived by her son, Charles Cecil Cagle III; two sisters, Retha Mae Lawson and Charlotte Lavonne Rathbun; three nieces, Valerie K. Rankin-Schneider, Debbie Kaye Brenner, and Kimberly Lee Potts; nephew, Robert Cardington Blaney; along with numerous other family and friends who all love her and will miss her dearly.

Celebration of life will be on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
