Obituary

Brian Pierce Howarth, 52, passed away on July 31, 2025, in Little Rock, Arkansas with his devoted wife, Kristin, by his side. Brian Howarth was born on April 2, 1973, in Chicago, Illinois, to Ronald Charles Howarth and Deborah Ann Howarth (Dobrovits). Following the passing of his mother in 1978, Brian was lovingly raised by his father and stepmother, Debbie Lea Howarth (Hawkins).

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Oklahoma State University in July 2000. Shortly after graduation, he began a successful and devoted career as a sales representative at Hilti. Known for his dedication, humor, and warm personality, Brian built lasting relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

Brian shared 25 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Kristin—a partnership filled with deep love, laughter, and adventure. Together, they explored the country, visiting numerous National Parks and state capitals. A passionate music lover, Brian traveled with Kristin to concerts across the U.S. to see their favorite artists perform, with one of their most memorable experiences being Pearl Jam at Wrigley Field in Chicago.

Brian also had a deep love for golf and was dedicated to organizing an annual golf trip with his closest friends. He loved horse racing too and was a regular at Oaklawn and proud to have a Breeders cup and Preakness Stakes winner in his racing horse portfolio. A true sports enthusiast, Brian was both passionate and knowledgeable, always cheering on his favorite teams—the Oklahoma State Cowboys, Atlanta Braves, and Chicago Bears.

Brian is survived by his wife, Kristin, and their cherished pets, Sugar and Hamilton of Benton, Arkansas; his sister, Shelby Parsons (Bobby), and their children, Chance, Xander, and Hadley of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; his brother, Ron Howarth (Kim) of Chicago, Illinois; his sister-in-law, Angela Riley (Gregg), and his nieces, Tristin Pruitt and Eden Rose of Friendswood, Texas; his mother in law Pamela Carrico of Bartlesville Oklahoma; aunts and uncles, Dorthy (Danny) Partain, Donna (Ray) Epps, Valerie Kwilin, and Lisa (Roger) Allcock.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Ann; his father, Ronald; his stepmother, Debbie; and his Grandparents Ralph and Gladys Howarth; Rudy and Rose Doborvits.
