Obituary

Carl Evon Berry Sr. 46 of Alexander went to be with his Lord on October 29, 2012. He was born on January 19, 1966 to Tank and Pearlen Berry in Tucker, Arkansas. Carl was very proud to serve his country, he retired from the Army after 22 years of service; he also retired from the United States Postal Service. He was a member of Longley Baptist Church in Little Rock. Carl loved to go fishing, camping and spending time with his family. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend.
Carl is preceded in death by his father, Tank Berry Jr. and his sister, Linda Worsham.
He is survived by his loving wife Dawn Berry; mother, Pearlen Berry; five children, Takela Wilson, Janeece Berry, Blake Parker, Carlesha Berry and Carl Berry Jr; two grandchildren, Alyssa Berry and Allison Turner; five brothers, Theodore Berry (Olivia), Lloyd Berry (Mary), Tommy Berry, Ronnie Berry (Sandra) and Donnie Berry; four sisters, Christine Hicks, Rita Jones (James), Wanda Berry, Beverly Tyler (Lee); sister-in-law, Stephene Taber (Michael); brother-in-law, Larry Parker Jr (Sunday); mother-in-law, Emma Bailey; father-in-law, Larry Parker Sr. (Vickie) and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home 4212 Hwy 5 North in Bryant 501-847-9099.
