Carlton "Todd" Rickard was born on December 26th, 1964, and went to be with the Lord on October 31st, 2023. Todd was a special needs child and was loved by everyone. Todd is survived by his mother, Jane Jones; one brother, Kevin Jones; two nieces, Whitney Ives and Victoria Jones; and Lannie Rickard and a lot of special people that loved him. Todd started United Cerebral Palsy when he was 7 years old and went up until shortly before his passing. United Cerebral Palsy became family and his favorite place in the whole world to be was "my school". His favorite thing to have on was a ballcap and a watch that always pointed to 2 o'clock. Todd will be missed by everyone that knew him. The family is thankful for all of the wonderful memories we shared with Toto and felt honored that God allowed him into our lives.

Services will be held on Friday, November 3rd, 2023, at 12:00P.M. with visitation one-hour prior at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
