Carolyn Sue Highfill, age 31 of Little Rock, passed from this life on Sunday, May 8, 2011. She was born on October 5, 1979 in Benton, AR to her parents, Phillip and Debbie Crone. Carolyn was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister and you were blessed to call her your friend. She had the purest heart and would always help anyone in need, even if she had to go without. Carolyn's family was her life and her children, Drew, Zach, Josh, and Allie were her heart; she loved them with all her being. Matt was the love of her life and they shared a bond that will last for an eternity. Carolyn adored her brother, Jeff, and cherished the time they spent together. Her and her father shared joyous moments through their love of reading and she loved her mother, Debbie, dearly. Since childhood, she was a true and loyal to her friend, Yvette Etteldorf. Carolyn will be loved and missed and her memory will live on through her family, children, and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Matt Highfill; three sons, Jacob Drew Crone, Zachary Todd Buchanan, Joshua Isaac Buchanan; and one daughter Alixandra Gabrielle Highfill. She is also survived by her parents, Phillip Dean Crone and Debbie Lynn George Crone of Little Rock; brother, Jeffery Crone and wife Charlotte of Little Rock; grandparents, Richard and Carolyn Crone of Little Rock; great-great grandmother, Mary Lindsey; a host of aunts and uncles, Robbie and Gwen George of Benton, Steve George of Benton, Rick Crone of Little Rock, Rocky and Sherry Rockwell of Dumas, Sandra Crone of Little Rock, Tommy and Shelia Roller of Little Rock, Jorge and Susan Brito of Little Rock, Mike Crone of Little Rock, and Ben and Heather Spillyards of Little Rock; great aunt, Christine George of Little Rock; nieces and Nephews, Gracie, Conner and Anya Crone of Little Rock; mother-in-law, Mickey Ellen Smith and many other family and friends who all loved her and will miss her dearly. She is preceded in death by Pop and Grandma Sue.
