Carolyn Diane (Cissie) Hopper, 65, of Benton, Arkansas passed away Sunday, March 10, 2019.
Cissie was born January 13, 1954 in Augusta, Georgia to Herbert Ballew and Juanita Banister. She married Jim Hopper in Little Rock, Arkansas October 17, 1983.

Cissie was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Hopper; father, Herbert Ballew; her mother, Juanita Ballew; brother-in-law, Chuck Norton; granddaughter, Jarah Casleton; sister, Yvonne Haisty.

Cissie is survived by her daughters, Amanda Casleton and Laura Morphis; sons-in-law, Jared Casleton and Shane Morphis; three grandchildren, Jaden Casleton, Carly Morphis, and Zack Morphis; siblings, Lawrence and Betty Ballew, Judy and Larry Taylor, Wayne and Becky Ballew, Linda Ballew, Charles Ballew, and James and Tammy Ballew.

Cissie was fierce but gentle
Wise beyond her years
Mother of two, but momma to many
Cautious in life, but hurried when her kids called her name
Strong but compassionate

She was courageous and modest
Supportive and loving
She was our lighthouse,
Our confidant and our counselor
Our safe haven and our rock

In her eyes, her grandkids were faultless and pure,
And giving them the world was insufficient.

We hold so much of her in our hearts
And she will be forever missed.

Cissie's graveside service will be held Friday, March 15, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Forest Hills Memorial Park, and will be officiated by Brother Benny Grant,
