Catherine Lois Minor, 68 of Hensley, won her battle with breast cancer on October 2, 2017. She was born on June 1, 1949 to the late, Rev. L.C. and Elsie Felts.
She loved listening to gospel music, talking about Jesus…..and THEN she found Facebook. She enjoyed connecting with friends and family. If you were her facebook friend, she liked and commented on everything you posted. She enjoyed calling the hogs, bragging on her grandchildren, singing with her children, in the choir and with the Southwest Gospel Singers in her younger years. She valued her career as a nurse for over 30 years.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Minor; three children, Anthony (Rachel), Stephanie (Sonny) and Greg (Deborah); six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and two brothers, John and David Felts, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends
A celebration of life will be held at East Union Missionary Baptist Church (20422 North Springlake Rd. Hensley, AR 72065) on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 11:00AM with visitation one hour prior.
