Cathy Pettit 61 of Hensley passed away on February 1, 2015. She was born on April 8, 1953 to the late, Troy and Frances Earls in Mesquite, Texas. Cathy enjoyed fishing, camping, bluegrass music and spending time with her family. She and her late husband were owners of Pettits Custom Upholstery Shop for over 30 years.
Cathy is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Pettit Sr. and infant grandson, Thomas Holland Myrick.
She is survived by her two daughters, Tonia Hamby and Missy Nickell; two sons, Billy Pettit Jr. (Michelle) and Stephen Pettit (Krista); grandchildren, Jeffrey, Thomas, Brooke, Kayla, Riley, Chase, Brina, Gavin, Tearnin and Pantera; great grandbaby, Santanna; three sisters, six brothers and a host of family and friends who all loved her and will miss her dearly.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 3:00 PM at East End Assembly of God Church. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 6-8 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the funeral home 501-847-9099.
