Charles Leroy Andrews 49 of Little Rock passed away on August 19, 2010. Leroy was born on March 13, 1961 to Charles and Peggy Andrews in California. He enjoyed life and made sure that everyone around him enjoyed it also. His favorite past time was hanging out by the river. His greatest joys came from spending time with his granddaughter.
Leroy is preceded in death by his father and step mother.
He is survived by his five loving children; Erica Orchard (Richard), Eric Andrews, Emily Siobhan Bransma, William Travis Bransma and Jasmin Andrews; granddaughter, Faith Lynn Orchard; one sister, Katrina Seltzer (Roger); four brothers, Phillip (Susan), Robert Wesley, Matthew Andrews and Dale Town Jr.; mother, Peggy Town and many nieces, nephews and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.
