Charles Wayne Clay, 70, of the Salem Community died May 9, 2014. Wayne was born December 27, 1943 to the late Jimmy E and Elsie Faye Clay. He is also preceded in death by one brother, Gary Don Clay.
Wayne served in the health care profession for forty-two years as an LPTN. Thirty years at the Benton Service Center and retired after twelve years with Hospice.
He is survived by a sister Sue Mueller of Saukville, Wisconsin, and two brothers, Jim (Carolyn) Clay of Subiaco, Arkansas and Richard (Joann) Clay of Searcy Arkansas. Two Aunts Ruth Lovell of Benton and Ina Clay of Lonsdale Community, along with many caring and loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity in Wayne's name.
