Charles Lester Isom 71 of Mabelvale passed away on March 5, 2012. He was born on March 19, 1940 to the late, Albert and Myrtle Isom in Carlisle, Arkansas. Charles retired from AFCO Steel after 20 years of employments; he and his wife also managed King Motel for over 20 years. He loved to ride motorcycles, fishing, water skiing and spending time with his family.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, David, James, Albert, Clarence and Cecil and two sisters, Margreat and Willie Mae.
He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Marie Isom; six children, John, Lloyd, David, Donald, Linda and Patricia; one sister, Faye Browning (Jack); one brother, Marvin Isom; ten grandchildren; one great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.
