Charles James Tackett, Sr., 76, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on February 20, 2019. He was born to C.D. and Ethel Tackett on February 24, 1942 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Charlette Bobo, and brother, Henry Tackett, "Frog."

Remaining to share memories are his loving wife of 58 years, Marilyn Tackett; four children, Teresa, Charles Jr., Kristi and Jennifer; eight grandchildren, Travis, Bob, Jamie, Lora, Jordan, Megan, Brittany, and Katie; three great grandchildren, Kennedi, Brantley, Brett; two sisters, Dorothy Caddy and Wanda Harrison; one brother, Curtis Tackett (Catherine); along with numerous nephews, nieces, and many friends who love and miss him dearly.

The celebration of Charles' life will be held Monday, February 25, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. with the visitation one hour prior at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.

Interment will be held at Salem Cemetery in East End, Arkansas following the service.
