Charles "Smooth" Vincent Allen, 58, of East End, Arkansas passed away under the care of Arkansas Hospice at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas on Saturday, September 24th, 2022, after a short battle of brain cancer (Glioblastoma). Chuck was born in Cleveland, Ohio on Wednesday, November 27th, 1963. Chuck loved reading, drawing, and playing baseball. Growing up, he enjoyed NASCAR and football. The KC Chiefs were his favorite team. Chuck loved to work and had a passion for masonry. His boss, David Davidson, and the crew could be the first to tell you.

Chuck is preceded in death with his mother, Virginia LeGault; brother, Darryl Allen; brother-in-law, Joey Shelton; along with two nieces, Michelle Ann and Kayla Ruth; and nephew, Matthew Edward.

He is survived by his brother, Robert Allen of East End, Arkansas; sister, Diana Shelton of East End, Arkansas; niece, Kasey Hunter (Keith); great nephew and niece, Lane Hunter and Alivia Hunter; niece, Meggan Smith of Oregon; his dear friends, Pamela Cash, David and Pam Davidson; along with many other family and friends who all love him and will miss him dearly.
