Cherrie Kelley, age 48 of Bryant, AR, went home to heaven on February 25 ^th , 2021.  Cherrie was born on February 15, 1973 to William Bagwell (England, AR) and Carol Fletcher (Benton, AR).  Having died unexpectedly, a candle that once burned so bright was extinguished way too soon. At the time of her death, Cherrie worked at the Pulaski County Juvenile Detention Center as a Detention Clerk.  However, she had worked for many years at the AR Blue Cross/Blue Shield and the AR Democrat Gazette. Most of Cherrie's time was spent being an awesome mom and grandmother.  The walls of her home are filled with the many pictures and the memories that were created with of them throughout the years.  Cherrie had 3 children:  Tiffany Johnson, age 27, Martel Johnson age 25, and Brittany Kelley, age 23 – all of Bryant, AR.  The Pride and Joys of her life were here 3 grandchildren: Laniah Johnson, age 6, Destini Wallace, age 3, and Kelahni Lebron age 3 – all of Bryant, AR. Cherrie was married to Jeff Kelley for 24 years.  They met while in high school, dated for a while and then met again at a Pizza Hut drive through 3 years later. After a large pepperoni pizza and a reconciliation – the rest was history.  They both resided in Bryant, AR. Those who knew her well knew Cherrie's love of country music, the color purple, party planning, and going over and above when it came to birthdays and the Christmas holiday. Cherrie is also survived by her brother, Jason Bagwell (Tayfun) of Saint Petersburg, FL and Jessica Willis (Matt) of Benton/Bauxite, AR. The family will be receiving visitors from 5-8pm at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 2 ^nd .  Cherrie's funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 3 ^rd at 11am at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.  She will be interred at Mulberry Cemetery in England, AR.  The family invites family, friends, and guests to join them there at the graveside after the funeral services.
