Cheryl Darlene Brown, age 58 of Benton, passed from this life on April 21, 2010, in Little Rock.
Mrs. Brown was born on January 2, 1952 in Indianapolis, Indiana to her parents, Joseph and Leola Murphy. She was the oldest of ten children and was of the United Pentecostal Faith. She loved to read, play piano, sing and most of all spend time with her grandchildren and family.
Cheryl is survived by her husband of 40 years, Robert Brown, her sons; Robert Brown, Jr. and wife, Diana, of Alexander and David Brown and wife, Melissa of Russellville, Daughters; Sherry Eakens and husband, Alan of Benton and Terry Morrow and husband, Danny of Benton. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
A celebration of life for Mrs. Brown will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 2909 Congo Road in Benton, Arkansas, with a private burial, at a later date, at the Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery in North Little Rock.
Visitation will be held from 6-8p.m. on Friday at Dial & Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant, 501-847-9099.
