Chris Vandiver 50 of Maumelle passed away on July 17, 2012 with his family by his side. He was born on October 20, 1961 to Jimmie and Shirley Vandiver in Tuscumbia, Alabama. Chris enjoyed hunting, fishing and finding scrap metal. His most treasured times were spent with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Vandiver; daughter, Jessica Vandiver and nephew, Nathan Vandiver.
Chris is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Lisa Vandiver; son, Robert Vandiver; two step sons, David Smith (Cassie) and Brian Pack; one step daughter, Ashley Pack; four grandchildren; one god daughter; parents, Jim and Shirley Vandiver; two brothers, Joe Vandiver (Michelle) and Jason Vandiver; sister, Teresa Lassiter (Kevin) and a host of nieces, nephews and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.
