Christopher Daniel Morphis, age 32, of Benton, passed away on Sunday, December 14. 2008.

Mr. Morphis was born on September 26, 1976 in Little Rock to his parents, Michael Donald Morphis and Jettie Lou Burge.

Chris had a very caring spirit, he was always willing to listen and help anyone in need. He loved playing football with his brothers especially on the holidays. He always had a smile on his face and loved to make people laugh. As a teenager he joined the Clown College because he enjoyed bringing joy to his family and friends.

Chris is survived by his son, Brandon Morphis, his parents and 9 siblings; Michael Brian Morphis, Jeremy Morphis (Nicole), Greg Morphis (Gail), Shawn Morphis, Shane Morphis, Donecia Morphis, Megan Morphis, Sarah Morphis and Kaitlyn Morphis. Chris is also survived by his nieces Riley Morphis and Ariana Morphis.

Chris is preceded in death by his sister, Cara Michelle Morphis, his grandmother, Donella Kay Morphis, his grandfather Hays Carl and grand parents Lisa and Audist Burge.

A celebration of Chris's life will be held at 10 am on Saturday December 20, 2008 in the chapel of Dial & Dudley Funeral Home, 4212 Hwy 5 North, Bryant, Arkansas.
