Cleo Jean Irwin 86, of Royal, Arkansas was called home on March 8, 2017 with her family by her side. She was born on October 29, 1930 to the late, Charles and Leona Gumfory in Yorktown, Illinois.
Cleo is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Franklin D. Irwin Sr.; her brother, Carl Gumfory; her sister, Anita Gudgell; her nephew, David Gudgell and grandson, Charlie Evan Thomas Short.
She is survived by her loving children, Franklin D. Irwin Jr. (Melissa) and Carla Short (Brian); eleven grandchildren; three nieces; four nephews and a host of family and friends who all loved her and will miss her dearly.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 2:00 PM at El Paso Cemetery in Derby, Kansas with Brian Farrell officiating.
