Curtis "Dewayne" Merritt, 53, of Bryant, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 16th, 2015. He was born on Tuesday, December 19th, 1961, in Magnolia, Arkansas. Dewayne loved fishing, deer hunting, and he loved his family with all his heart.

He is survived by his parents, Rovilla Ann and William Eugene Reeves ; three brothers, Darryl Merritt, Paul Merritt, and John Reeves and his wife, Deanna Reeves; two daughters, Ashley Berg and her husband, Drew Berg, and Melissa Merritt; one grandson; Braeden Berg; nieces, Jessica, Jacquelyn and Karmen Merritt, and Taylor, Alison and Blake Caldwell; one nephew, John William Reeves; one great nephew and niece; along with a host of family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.

There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, August 25th, 2015, at 3:00 P.M. at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in Magnolia, Arkansas.
