Daryl James Hanig II, 61, of Benton, Arkansas was the middle of five kids born to the late, Daryl James Hanig I and Jenna Lynn (Eubanks) Hanig, on Saturday, September 1, 1962, in Benton, Arkansas. He left this world on Monday, September 25, 2023. Daryl was a hardworking and dedicated man who loved his family with all he had. He worked hard to provide for his family and retired from Don M Houff Plumbing Co of Little Rock after 35 years. He graduated from Benton High School in 1980 and attended plumbing school shortly after. Daryl was a kindhearted man who would take his shirt off his back for anyone in need. He enjoyed the outdoors and visiting friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Frances Eric Hanig; and brother-in-law, Harold Henry.

He is survived by his son, Matt Hanig; two sisters, Jenna Henry and Bridget Shelnut; one brother, Jason Hanig (Tiffaney); sister in-law, Karen Hanig: nine nephews and two nieces; along with a host of other family and friends who all love him and will miss him dearly.

Celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 5th, 2023, at 12:00 P.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
