IN LOVING MEMORY OF
David Wayne
Anderson
October 20, 1967 – November 20, 2020
David Wayne Anderson was a native of little Rock, Arkansas, born October 20, 1967 and died at the age of 53 on November 20, 2020. He graduated from Bryant high school top of his class as he did in college as well. David was a highly intelligent and intellectual man. He enjoyed working on and building computers where he also liked to play world of warcraft. He enjoyed telling his stories of being a volunteer firefighter and of his days as a roofer. He was an avid fisherman, and very much enjoyed taking his nieces along when they were little. One of his proudest memories was when he and his eldest niece caught a 9-pound catfish and how excited he was for her. He enjoyed driving around in his old Isuzu listening to ice ice baby while his niece would headbang to the music the wrong way. He was also a movie buff and was glad to share his love of folklore with his youngest niece who he tried to take to the movies every chance he got. He was a connoisseur of many things such as coffee, scotch, cigars, and teas He had a very sophisticated pallet. He especially loved animals, he has many fur babies and scaley pets. They were just as much his family as the rest of us. David who was also referred to as a monkey's uncle could usually be seen in his prized fedora and his kilt which he loved wearing in reference to our Scottish heritage.
He was preceded in death by his father Delton RN Anderson; his sisters, Cheryl Kathleen Anderson, and Mary Angela Anderson; his mother Thelma Angeline Anderson, and his good friend Burt Mann who was like a brother.
He is survived by his brother Delton RN Anderson JR, his nieces Angela Raye Reeves and Summer Rachelle Maxwell, and many great nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. He will be sorely missed by many. Slainte David and Farewell.
Memorial will be Monday November 30, 2020 at 1:00 at Dial & Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant.
