David Allen Davis, age 47, of Bryant died on Sunday, June 14, 2009.

David was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 11, 1961 to his parents Robert Lee Davis, Sr. and Mary Jones.

Mr. Davis was a member of Hurricane Baptist Church and enjoyed going to the movies with his son, Chase. He was also an avid Razorback fan.

David is survived by his mother, Mary Stanford and his son, Chase Davis of Bryant. Sister; Susan Rhoades and her husband, Wayne of Gravely, Arkansas. Brothers; Robert L. Davis, Jr. and wife Debbie of Benton, Michael W. Davis and wife Peggy of Bella Vista, Arkansas and Woody D. Davis and wife Marla of Lawrence, Kansas. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, 9 great-nieces and nephews and a host of other friends and relatives.

He is preceded in death by his father, his nephew, Sean W. Davis and his grandmother, Ola Jones

Funeral services for David will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 in the chapel of Dial & Dudley Funeral Home, 4212 Hwy 5 north in Bryant. (501) 847-9099, with Pastor John Casey, Sr. officiating.

Pallbearers will be Jerry "J.B." Barnes, Chris Hunt, Alan Levart, Greg Bengtson, Ben Gibson and Howard Werqueyah.

Visitation for David will be from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
