David O. Duran, 74, of Bryant passed away on January 24, 2014 at Baptist Health Medical Center. He was born on November 25, 1939 to the late, Adelia Didlo and Edward Manning in St. Joseph, MO. Dave served in the US Navy from 1958-1962 and completed tours on the USS Brough and USS Peterson. He was a retired computer consultant and enjoyed working on cars, traveling and reading.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kaye Ann Steinmetz.
Dave is survived by his wife of 47 years, Daphne Duran; sister, Donna Mae Rice; two sons, John Duran and Michael Duran; daughter, Renee Duran; four grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
