David "Todd" Lowe, 36, of Benton, Arkansas passed away on Monday, May 29th, 2023. He was born to, David E. Lowe and Janet Waddle, on Monday, June 16th, 1986, in Benton, Arkansas. David loved animals and traveling.

He is preceded in death by his dad, David E. Lowe.

He is survived by his loving mother, Janet Waddle; his two beagles, Yuri and Emilia; three sisters, Stacy Fogler, Kendall Gibbs-Gigliotti, and Kinady Gibbs; two nieces, Carly and Ryleigh; two nephews, Dylan and Logan; along with a host of family and friends who all love him and will miss him greatly.

There will be a visitation held on Thursday, June 1st, 2023, from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
