Deborah Lynn Jarrett, 67, of Little Rock, Arkansas was born to the late, Conrad Edward Spann and Margaret Sue (Roach) Spann, on Wednesday, August 1st, 1956, in Rochester, New York. She left this world on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024, surrounded by love.

Deborah loved bird watching and would frequently keep up with the woodpeckers that visited. She also enjoyed fishing, gardening, and cooking. She really enjoyed being a nurse and had a heart for helping others; but above all else, she loved her family with her whole heart. She met her high school sweetheart in 1972, but then they went their separate ways until they were finally reunited 15 years ago in May. They lived a beautiful life together.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her loving husband of 15 years, Bobby Jarrett; her son, Justin Merrell; two brothers, Mike Spann (Florence) and John Eric Spann; one sister, Lisa Spann; her best friend, Donna; along with other family and friends who all love her and will miss her greatly.

Her memorial service will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church: 27025 Kanis Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72223.
