Debra Sue Speer

Debra Sue Speer 64, of Little Rock, AR. passed away September 28, 2021. Born November 08, 1956, to the late Mr. Everett James and Beulah Speer Sr. Debra enjoyed going to yard sales, auctions, softball games and dirt track races. She loved children and teaching them was her passion. Debra retired from Davis Elementary.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents;  significant other, Ricky Phillips; sister, Jimmie Buck; two brothers in laws, Joe Buck and Thomas Fletcher.

She is survived by her two children, Casey and Kari Phillips; granddaughter, Madalynn Lishman; sister, Mary Fletcher; brother Everett Speer Jr. and a host of family and friends who all love her and will miss her dearly.
