DeLeta Ann Woods, 65, of Bryant passed away on February 5th 2016. She was born August 16,1950 to the late George L Dooley and Lavada Dooley Newhart. She was preceded in death by her brothers George Dooley,Michael Dooley,and sister Mary Burroughs.DeLeta is survived by her husband William,sister Edna Yates Yingling,and her Aunt Ima English.Sons,Kenneth Byrd(Sheri) of Palacios Tx,Keith Byrd( Dana) of Bryant,Kevin Byrd(Lisa) of Kirbyville,Tx: 9 grandchildren,11 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. DeLeta was very talented in quilting and embroidery work.She took great delight in making quilts,throws,and blankets for her family and friends.A memorial service to celebrate DeLeta's life will be held at Dial & Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant 2pm February 8,2016 with visitation prior to the service at 1pm.
