Delmeray "D" Johnson 81 of Bryant passed away November 20, 2013 with his family by his side. He was born on October 10, 1932 to the late, Ray and Mae Johnson in Quitman, Arkansas. D enjoyed hunting, fishing, coaching softball, animals and spending time with his family. He retired after 20 years with the Little Rock Police Department and also served in the Korean War with the United States Navy. D was a member of Indian Springs Baptist Church for over 25 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Delmore and Fredrick Johnson.
D is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Helen Johnson; children, Dennis Johnson (Julie), Linda Cupler, Robin Babbitt (David) and Chuck Givens (Hanan); three grandchildren, Melissa Johnson (Mario), David Johnson (Misty) and Mistica Martin (A.J.); three great grandchildren, Maybri Martin, Sydney Lopes and Little Man.
