Delphia Eileen Carter, age 60 of Bryant passed from this life on August 16, 2010.
Ms. Cater was born on September 1, 1949 in Natchez, Mississippi to her parents, Dirwood and Ozell Poole.
Delphia leaves behind her son, Billy Carter and wife Ruth, of Havre De Grace, Maryland, daughters; Bonnie Gidel and Belinda Carter, both of Southern California. She also is survived by her sister, Mavis Poole, brother, Troy Poole, along with a host of other friends and relatives who will miss her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, William D. Carter.
A celebration of life will be held for Ms. Cater will be held at 11:00a.m., Monday August 23, 2010 in the chapel of Dial & Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant, 501-847-9099.
