Obituary
Doris Elaine Irwin, age 68, of Benton, passed from this life on Aug 27, 2011.
She was born in Cherokee, Oklahoma on October 25, 1942 to her parents Howard and Irene Main.
Doris loved music and teaching piano and truly enjoyed having people in her home. She also counseled young couples as part of her church ministry.
Ms. Irwin is survived by her son, Kevin B. Irwin and his wife, Beth of Benton, along with her daughter, Kristen E. Poteet and her husband, Patrick of McKinney, Tx. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; Blake Grappe and Olivia, Micaiah, Iain, Mia, Silas and Aliyah Poteet; one brother, Donald Main, along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family that will miss her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Irwin; and one sister, Linda Main.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Dial & Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant, 501-847-9099, with interment to follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
Visitation will take place on Friday evening from 5-7p.m. at the funeral home.
