Dorothy Carolyn Crone, 86, of Little Rock, moved to her Heavenly home, which was prepared for her, by her Lord and Savior Jesus, on April 16, 2025. She was born on December 2, 1938, to her loving parents, Johnny Earnest and Dorothy Iola (Bright) Mann.

Dorothy wed her High School sweetheart, Richard M. Crone, seventy years ago, this May. God blessed them with seven children, twelve grandchildren, close to thirty great grand and great, great grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Her legacy will live on in the lives she touched and the love she freely gave.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Dorothy;  brothers, Johnny and Robert Mann; son, Phillip and his wife Debbie Crone and their daughter Carolyn Sue Highfill; daughter, Sharon Rockell and her daughter and son-in-law Rachel and Chris Murie; and  son-in-law, Tommy Roller.

Dorothy is survived by her husband, Richard Crone; brother, Charles (Linda) Mann; sister, Judy (Roger) Johnson;  sons, Richard (Ricky) M. Crone Jr. and Michael Crone;  daughters, Sandra Hall (Melvin), Susan Brito and Sheila Roller; son-in-law, Richard (Rocky) Rockwell; her beloved grandchildren and the greats; her many in-laws; and many other extended family members.

Visitation will be at 11a.m. followed by funeral at noon on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Martindale Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Ida Mission Cemetery.
